مقال بعنوان : العاشر بتحلو
العاشر من رمضان والتي تعتبر اول مدينة جديدة تم انشائها في مصر بتمر حاليا بفترة تغيير محصلتش فيها قبل كدة وده لعدة معطيات وعوامل منها خارجى ومنها داخلى.
أولا:
المعطيات الخارجية بالعاشر من رمضان في خلال الخمس سنوات اللى فاتت اختلفت بشكل كبير وأهم المعطيات دی العاصمة الإدارية مقر الحكم والوزارات والبرلمان بقى على بعد نص ساعة من العاشر من رمضان حيث أصبحت العاشر واقعة داخل منطقة الدعم اللوجيستى للعاصمة الادارية ، لأنه في ما مضى كانت المسافة ما بين العاشر و القاهرة ممتلئة بمدن جديدة زى العبور والمستقبل و الشروق والرحاب والقاهرة الجديدة مما أدى الى نزوح الناس اليها وعدم اهتمامهم بالعاشر ،لكن في الوقت الحالي بقى كل اللى بين العاشر و العاصمة الإدارية هو مدينة بدر ، مما أدى إلى حصول العاشر على اهتمام قيادات الدولة وبنشوف ده في المشاريع والتطويرات اللي بتخدم العاشر زي خط القطار المكهرب و تطوير طريق بلبيس العاشر ومصر الإسماعيلية الصحراوى وربط العاشر مباشرة بالطريق الدائرى مباشرة وإنشاء الجامعة الأهلية واللى هتبقى حجر الأساس للبدء في تعمير مدينة المعرفة الخاصة بالعاشر.
ثانيا :
المعطيات الداخلية ومنها اتساع الرقعة العمرانية في العاشر من رمضان لتشمل 45 حى سكنى والذى يعتبر أكبر عدد من الأحياء السكنية فى أى مدينة جديدة مع ابعاد 20 كيلو طولا و 20 كيلو عرضا .
ارتفاع التعداد السكاني ووصوله إلى مليون ونصف نسمة ، ده غير ان التعداد ده هيزيد بسبب قوانين البناء في القرى وعواصم المحافظات والتي ستؤدى الى انتقال عدد كبير من الناس للسكن في العاشر من رمضان والعمل بها .
وطلع خبر من فترة قـريبـة بـيقـول إن تشغيل الموقف الجديد هيبدأ في شهر واحد الحالي وطبعا احنا سمعنا وعود كتير قبل كده و تواريخ قبل كده ،لكن توقعنا المرة دى انا المـوقـف خلاص اكتمل وهيتم بدأ تسليمه واعداده الشهر القادم او بحد اقصى الشهر اللي بعده .
كما تم أيضا استكمال اعمال ترفيق المجاورة العاشرة والبدء في إعادة ترفيق المجاورة ٢٤ والعمل على اعادة تزيين صنية الكفراوي وتسليم جزء من الأحياء الشرقية 22، 23،24 والتى كانت مأجلة لفترة كبيرة.
إعادة رصف امتداد الأردنية بالكامل من أول كوبرى الثالثة ووصلوا حاليا إلى منطقة الأردنية وتوقعنا انهم هيوصلـوا حـتى الموقف الجديد ممكن يكملوا حتى كمين أبو حماد.
ثالثاً:
طرح عدد كبير من أراضي المولات في العاشر من رمضان ويمكن من ابرزها و اغلاها ارض المول اللى خصصتها الهيئة شهر 9 اللى فات بسعر اجمالى 134 مليون جنية ومساحة 20 الف متر بين الموقف والمستشفى الجامعي ، واللى دخلت فلوس كتير إلى خزينة الجهاز.
معطيات وعلامات تدل على دخول العاشر في مرحلة نمو وتطور سريع
وبدأنا نلاحظ حاليا أعمال ترفيق كاملة في الفواصل الخدمية بين الأحياء زي الفاصل الخدمى بين الحيين الأول والثانى وبين الحيين الثالث والرابع والحيين الخامس والسادس.
العمل على ترفيق منطقة الخدمات الإقليمية اللى جنب الجهاز على طريق اسماعيلية الصحراوى والى تم طرح ارض معرض فيها الشهر اللى فات .
فكل دي معطيات وعلامات تدل على دخول العاشر في مرحلة نمو وتطور سريع مش حصلت قبل كده ومش هتتكرر بعد کده.

Firstly:
The external data on the tenth of Ramadan during the past five years differed greatly, and the most important data in the administrative capital, the seat of government, ministries and parliament, remained half an hour away from the tenth of Ramadan, as the tenth became located within the logistical support area of the administrative capital, because in the past, the distance was what Between the tenth and Cairo is full of new cities such as Obour, Al Mostaqbal, Al Shorouk, Al Rehab and New Cairo, which led to the displacement of people to it and their lack of interest in the tenth, but at the present time all that remains between the tenth and the administrative capital is Badr City, which led to the tenth gaining the attention of state leaders And we see this in the projects and developments that serve the tenth, such as the electric train line, the development of the tenth Belbeis and Ismailia desert road, linking the tenth directly to the ring road directly, and the establishment of the civil university, which will be the cornerstone for starting the reconstruction of the city of knowledge for the tenth.
Secondly :
Internal data, including the expansion of the urban area in the tenth of Ramadan to include 45 residential neighborhoods, which is the largest number of residential neighborhoods in any new city, with dimensions of 20 km in length and 20 km in width.
The population census has risen and reached one and a half million people. However, this census will increase due to building laws in villages and provincial capitals, which will lead to a large number of people moving to live and work on the tenth of Ramadan.
And news came out not long ago saying that the operation of the new parking lot would start in the current one month, and of course we had heard many promises before that and dates before that, but we expected this time that the parking lot will be completed and it will be delivered and prepared next month or at the latest the next month.
The works to lighten the tenth neighborhood have also been completed, and the re-accommodation of neighborhood 24 has also been completed, and work has been done to redecorate the Kafrawi Sanya, and to hand over part of the eastern neighborhoods 22, 23, 24, which were postponed for a long time.
Repaving the entire length of Jordan from the first bridge of the third and they have now reached the Jordanian area and we expected that they would reach the new position. They could continue until the Abu Hammad ambush.
Third:
A large number of mall lands were put up on the tenth of Ramadan, and one of the most prominent and expensive of them is the mall land that was allocated by the authority in the last 9 month, at a total price of 134 million pounds, and an area of 20 thousand meters between the parking lot and the university hospital, and for which a lot of money entered the device’s treasury.
We are now beginning to notice complete servicing works in the service dividers between neighborhoods, such as the service divider between the first and second neighborhoods, and between the third and fourth neighborhoods, and the fifth and sixth neighborhoods.
Work on accommodating the regional services area next to the device on the Ismailia desert road, and an exhibition land was put up for it last month.
All these data and signs indicate that the tenth is entering a stage of rapid growth and development, which did not happen before and will not be repeated after that.
